Having previously worked with Versus Arthritis in a design capacity, they asked us to create a number of motion graphic pieces to promote projects online. As their extensive brand guidelines are less developed for motion graphics they wanted a team who would not only fulfil their communication brief, but also extend their print guidelines across mediums. Starting simply with their work around physical activity, we pushed for increasing creativity within the rules.
Working with Together Creative is a walk in the park. They understand our brand and how we work, they always get back to us as soon as they can, and when we talk they’re transparent and open… Highly recommended.
AVA is a new virtual assistant which enables people with arthritis to have their questions answered 24/7. Versus challenged us to create an identity for AVA to coincide with an animated teaser which would catalyse customer engagement. It needed to immediately convey two things. First: conversation. Second: that AVA isn’t just a name, it stands for something.
We used a speech bubble icon, synonymous with online chat, and used the brand stack colour sequence to highlight the acronym.
The physical activity animation uses raw respondent testimonies with motion graphics in order to form a succinct animated narrative.
We produced another identity and animation for their sister product that targeted particular concerns of people with arthritis about the Covid-19 pandemic.
We were tasked with creating an animation to help Versus Arthritis promote their online community. Talking to the team, we quickly realised that the online community is not only a place for support, but a place full of personality too! We wanted to capture this uniqueness through the online communi-tree analogy which allowed us to represent the multitude of different voices and services found online.
Working with Together Creative is a walk in the park. They understand our brand and how we work, they always get back to us as soon as they can, and when we talk they’re transparent and open. It makes a big difference to the day to day. We don’t have to chase or send endless emails – they’re attentive and listen to what we want, and let us know what, how and when they’re going to deliver. Then they do what they said they’d do. It makes it simpler, easier and faster to turn jobs around, and I just know they’ll understand exactly what I want. Highly recommended.
